Systems for the aseptic storage of semi-rigid, flexible endoscopes and TEE probes
Our cabinet range DRS-218™ to dry and store endoscopes is the complete and versatile solution for the proper aseptic conservation of instruments up to 800 hours, up to a maximum of 18 endoscopes of any brand and model.
As class I medical devices, our cabinets are created and designed to grant complete conformity to EN 16442:2015, maintaining, in each condition, the correct pressure of sterile air, avoiding the risk of environmental contaminations, this is also thanks to the innovative patented cold plasma system that defeats potential viral and bacterial contaminations which occur during load and unload of instruments.
The independent storage positions allow a versatile use of the system as well as reducing cross infection risks. The system performs a fast drying through heated air (maximum 32°C) granting high-level performances, this is also thanks to HEPA filter 0,2 micron and a filter for viral retention 0,003 micron of the drying line of endoscopes channels.
The range is available in two configurations, the first complete with traceability system managed by PLC and a second without monitoring but just equipped with the only air-heated system. (models TV).
Our cabinet can store from 6 up to 18 endoscopes and are available in single door or pass-through version (All our single-door cabinets can be converted in to pass-through one thanks to a special modification kit).
